Visitors can purchase tickets online in advance or at the ticket office. We accept cash and payment cards at the ticket office and in the store. Please bear in mind that tickets are non-refundable.

The average visit time is approximately one hour. However, the duration of a visit may differ depending on interest and speed. Last entry is one hour before closing time.

Yes, you can take photographs and make video recordings at the exhibition. Please be considerate of other visitors and avoid blocking foot traffic when taking photographs.
